While Denmark hosted an International Challenge tournament this weekend, Germany hosted yet another European Circuit event. The YONEX Bonn International 2026 took place from Wednesday 27 to Saturday 30 May.

The Future Series tournament was another opportunity for Europe's emerging talents to shine. On home soil, Germany's Danial Iman Marzuan/Aaron Sonnenschein claimed the men's doubles title, while Switzerland's Nicolas Franconville/Julie Franconville won the mixed doubles trophy.

France had strong results in women's doubles with three pairs on the podium. While the title went to a pair from Chinese Taipei, Eva Bouville/Lily Gautier finished as runners-up, with Sharone Bauer/Marjolene Raffin, as well as Melia Beule/Manon Heitzmann, finishing as third/fourth.

In men's singles, France's Arthur Chardain finished runner-up, while Amaury Lievre secured a bronze medal. The Netherlands' Noah Haase also won a bronze medal and added another bronze in men's doubles alongside Joep Strooper.
