This week, we're heading to Riga, Latvia, for the RSL Latvia International 2026. The Future Series tournament will be streamed in full on BadmintonEurope.tv.
In men's doubles, Belgian duo Iljo van Delsen/Yaro van Delsen top the draw as top seeds. The pair are also in the men’s singles main draw. Estonia's Kristjan Kaljurand/Raul Käsner will be the second seeds.
Another Estonian pair, Catlyn Kruus/Ramona Üprus, are the top seeds in women's doubles. They receive a bye into the round of 16, where they will face France's Carla Dubois/Adele Fillonneau. Ireland's Orla Flynn/Siofra Flynn are seeded second and will take on Estonia's Elisaveta Berik/Emili Pärsim on their first match.
Üprus is also the top seed in mixed doubles together with Mikk Õunmaa. Spain's Alberto Perals/Amaia Torralba are seeded second. In singles, seeded players include Marcus Kruse from the RSL BEC High Performance Centre, Oleksii Titov, Nella Nyqvist, Heli Neiman, and Petra Saarnivaara.
There’s a good line-up of home players in the main draw. Anna Kupca/Jekaterina Romanova are in the women's doubles main draw, while Kristine Gurecka/Ieva Pope will also be competing. Toms Sala will be in action in men's singles qualification and in men's doubles with Regnars Bajars.

The tournament kicks off today at 12:00 local time (11:00 CEST) and will take place until Sunday 7 June. The qualification rounds will take place during the first two days, while the main draw will begin on Friday.
